Self check-in is keyless — your door code and WiFi details are sent securely once your booking is confirmed.

Security Deposit & Cleaning Fee

A $500 refundable security deposit is required for every stay. $200 of that covers the cleaning fee. If the cabin is left undamaged and requires no extra cleaning beyond normal turnover, we’ll refund the remaining balance after checkout. We deduct replacement costs for damaged bedding, towels, dishes, or other contents from the deposit before returning it.

Traveling With Pets

We’re so happy you’re bringing your four-legged family member! Dog supplies are provided. Please keep pets off the furniture (dog beds and blankets are provided) and clean up after your dog in the yard before checkout. A $50 pet fee applies per pet, per stay.

House Guidelines

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or out — we’re in a high fire-risk area.
• Please turn off lights when you head out to conserve energy and help preserve the night-sky views. If you adjust the A/C or heat during your stay, please return the thermostat to its original setting before you leave.
• Supervise kids and pets near the canal and dock at all times — there is no lifeguard, and we don’t provide life jackets for children, so please bring your own.
• Supervise kids in the hot tub at all times.
