Security Deposit & Cleaning Fee

Direct bookings require a $500 refundable security deposit, which includes the $200 cleaning fee for your stay. If you return the cabin without damage and no extra cleaning beyond normal turnover, we’ll refund the remaining balance after checkout. This covers replacement costs for damaged bedding, towels, dishes, or other contents — it does not cover structural damage to the home.
