We are Evelyn, Jesse, and Tanya — longtime friends with very different backgrounds. One of us is retired, one is an electrician, and one is a real estate broker, but together we make a great team. For years we’ve gathered for Taco Tuesday, trading stories about our Airbnbs and rental properties. One night, we came up with the idea of buying an investment property together—one we could enjoy ourselves and share with others. That’s how The Cabin on the Canal came to be.
